My name is Reggie Zorg. I attended my first QuickStart in Dallas, Texas.
Before the Quickstart event I already had 6 properties in my portfolio from watching some of Ron’s short webinars and most of all working with a local mentor who has been part of Ron’s world for over 6 years.
With all the additional information I learned from Ron and all the amazing speakers at QuickStart I was able to close another property within the 90-day period. The tenant came from my database that I started before the QuickStart event.
She was interested in one of my other other homes but waited too long to meet the requirements, so when another home became available she didn’t wait long and signed a 2-year lease purchase contract with a $5,000 option deposited and a monthly cashflow of $500. That puts my total net profit at $11,000.
