Return Policy

I may rescind my purchase until the end of the thirtieth (30th) business day following the purchase date for any home study course or live event that I have not attended. Neither my failure to attend the training event, nor a schedule change by GPI, will constitute grounds for any refund. Use of any services or attendance of any event will be prorated at retail price from the refund of any packages.

Unless otherwise stated above, all purchases (except software) are refundable within 30 days based upon return of all course material received in resalable condition less shipping and handling (if applicable).

In the unlikely event I request a refund, I will contact GPI at 904-262-0491 to obtain my return authorization number (RA#). Upon receipt of my RA#, I must return all materials received (including bonus items) received by me in resaleable condition to GPI within seven (7) business days using trackable shipping means. I must bear the entire cost of returning these items to GPI, and I will bear the risk of loss or damage for all packages until they arrive at GPI’s offices. I understand that returns received without reference to the RA#, or more than seven (7) business days after my RA# is issued, may be delayed. Neither my failure to attend the training event or a schedule change by GPI will constitute grounds for a refund, and no refunds will be authorized more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

Training Events/Products

If my purchase includes admission to a training event, I understand I must attend the training event within (180 days) 6 months of my enrollment. I may return as often as I wish*, space permitting, for one (1) year after attending my first Training Event.

I am entitled to bring one of the following: spouse, significant other, adult child or parent at no additional cost and may add a second or third of the abovementioned guest for an additional $500 each per event attended.

Spouse and significant other must reside in the same household and will be required to present ID at the door. When repeating an event, guests are not interchangeable. Only the initial attending guests will be permitted.

Partners must pay full price and can bring the same abovementioned guests. Attending this training is a very important part of my learning process, and I will make every effort to do so as soon as possible.

If I register for the Training Event and find that I cannot attend, I may call GPI and transfer to another like Training Event or receive a credit toward another Training Event offered by GPI with no penalty or cost on my part.

I agree that not attending the Training Event does not constitute grounds for a refund and none will be issued after 30 days of the date of purchase. I also understand event dates, times and locations are subject to change and every effort will be made to notify me in the event of such a change.

I understand these events fill quickly, and in order to be eligible to repeat an event, I must pay a $250 per person, per event, non-transferable earnest money seat deposit, refundable after I/we attend the event.

I understand I must choose the date and location of the event I/we wish to attend when I place the seat deposit and if I/we do not attend that event, seat deposit monies will be forfeited. I have 7 business days prior to the start date of the event to cancel my seat reservation and receive my seat deposit in full.

I also understand that after one (1) full year from my original purchase date, I must pay a non-refundable, non-transferable $500 fee, per person, to repeat the Training Event.


I am aware there is no refund policy on the software I am purchasing. All Sales Are Final.

SMS Short Code Terms of Service

The Ron LeGrand Text Program

  1. This program will send promotional texts to users who are interested in our offers and serve as an event reminder to users as well.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 888-840-8389.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Additional Terms And Conditions

I authorize Global Publishing, Inc. to use my success story in future publications. I acknowledge that Global Publishing, Inc. does not function as my real estate broker, personal accountant, attorney or financial advisor.

If I have a tax or legal question, I will seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial advisor or real estate broker. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release Global Publishing, Inc. and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received.

From this day forward, I assume full responsibility of my personal, physical, emotional and financial well-being.

I understand providing the information on the order form gives Global Publishing, Inc. permission to communicate with me by fax, email, text messaging, recorded voice message or phone to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable in my business. I understand I will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside my family or partnership.

I will not reproduce these copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws.

I agree that all sales are final after 30 days of purchase unless stated otherwise above, and I agree that I will not contact my credit card company after the 30-day refund period has expired.

As disclosed in our marketing materials, by providing your email and telephone number to us and agreeing to our contact, you agree to receive email offers, as well as marketing calls, including through the possible use of an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded and text messages, from us and our agents and affiliates, at the telephone/cellular number and email you provided, which you certify are your own.

You agree to update us if your contact information changes or if your telephone number is reassigned. You are not required to consent to marketing in order to purchase and you may opt-out at any time and in any reasonable manner.

Duty to Read

I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this refund policy given to me and have done so. I attest to this duty and submit the order form to execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
