Terms of Agreement
Eagle Virtual Assistant Services and its assistants also referred to as "Virtual Assistant," agrees to provide professional virtual assistance on a project or week to week basis. Client may terminate this agreement at any time with one week prior written notice given by return receipt requested via email to:
Client agrees to pay the rate of $21 per hour ($0.35 per min) for all standard work performed by Virtual Assistants and a non-refundable setup fee of $500.
Services/Rates
Standard RE services include researching and calling FSBOs, Craigslist ads, yellow letters & buyer calls. Standard other services include answering calls, appointment setting, quality control follow ups, database updates, ad placements, etc.
If not paid within 5 days, your credit card will be charged. If payment declines, services will be suspended. If not paid within 5 days, services will be terminated and a late fee of $25 will be added to each outstanding invoice.
Rates may change with notice. There is a 5 hour minimum of work per week. You may cancel at any time by calling 888-840-8389.
