On the first day alone, I’ll go through the entire process step-by-step of buying and selling houses with terms, while showing you where the big money is in real estate and what the most profitable types of deals look like. It includes how I find sellers and buyers and how to screen out the junk, leaving us with only those we do business with. You’ll see they make us the offers, not the other way around.

I’ll be covering “Mastering the Phone” to help folks get over the fear of getting on the telephone, learn what to say when they do, and how to handle anything the seller asks. I’ll also go over the common mistakes people make and how to avoid them. Once you’ve learned how to master the phone, this business becomes very easy.


LIVE Deal Structuring


In the middle of the day, we’ll begin structuring deals LIVE in class that were called the day before by our mentors. Then we'll conduct live seller calls while you watch and listen to both sides of the conversation. This almost ALWAYS produces deals for the students who send in leads.

These are your deals, not ours. Once you get registered, we’ll send you instructions on how to submit leads to our VAs for them to call and prepare the way for our mentors to make those closing calls. Then we’ll see how many sellers we can get to take terms, and to which terms we get them to agree upon.

In other words, while I’m teaching, my team will be making deals for you if you submit leads to us. This is nothing new for us. We do it every time we hold a live event! The problem is, you only have a few days to submit leads for us to process, so GET REGISTERED immediately to receive the instructions!

I’ll spend 1-hour every day structuring the deals on the leads that our mentors have called. This will show everyone what kind of money can be made by making one phone call and asking a few questions. You’ll absolutely be in shock when you see these sessions.

On Day 1, you’ll meet Ron’s friend, Jason Medley. This guy runs the most successful real estate, entrepreneur mastermind group in America. Ron should know, he’s a member. This group has members that will blow you away on how many deals they do a year, and how they systemize their businesses. Some of them top 150 houses a year. Ron will be interviewing Jason so you can see how he put together this massive group of top-notch investors, most of which started from scratch and built large businesses that produce multi-million dollars per year.

Next is Bob Bluhm, an asset protection attorney from Texas who has clients all over the United States. He is the leading expert on LLCs, and he explains why you’d better have a pro create yours, as it very well may keep you from losing your empire. Lastly, we’ll have Bob Diamond. Bob’s been teaching real estate investing since 1999 so you’ve probably heard of Bob in the investor world where he is known as the ‘guru’s guru.’ Because of his legal expertise and experience as a real estate attorney, Bob is sought after for his advice and counsel.
