LIVE Deal Structuring

These are your deals, not ours.

Once you get registered, we’ll send you instructions on how to submit leads to our VA’s to call, and then prepare the way for our mentors to make the closing call and see how many sellers we can get to take Terms, and which Terms they’ll take.

In other words, while I’m teaching, my team will be making deals for you if you submit leads. This is nothing new for us. We do it every time we hold a live event. The problem is you only have a few days to submit leads to us in order for us to process them. So, get REGISTERED immediately, and get the instructions on how to send in leads, because its first come first served!

I’ll spend at least 1-hour every day structuring the deals on the leads that our mentors have called and show everyone what kind of money can be made by simply making one phone call and asking a few questions.


Ron's Classes

Modern Day Money Machine: I’ll go step-by-step through how we are making so much money in this hot market with pretty houses in beautiful areas by buying and selling with Terms. This will have nothing to do with wholesaling, but it will certainly show you where the really big money is in real estate as well as the true wealth creation, all without losing your money or credit.

Get Paid to Find Deals: You have never seen this class before because I haven’t taught it before. I’ll show you how to create your own local group of real estate investors to pay you every single month and bring you deals you split 75/25. In other words, you will get paid to help them learn what you know even if they never bring you deals. This is easily a six-figure income without the deals. I think it will excite you but will only apply if you are doing deals and capable of helping others. I promised new income streams, and this is certainly one of them.

Mastering the Closing Calls: One of the most important things to master in the Terms business is the closing call to determine whether the seller is in or out, and what Terms they’ll accept. This call can make you a fortune and has done so for thousands of folks and is still currently one of the most important to succeed. I will be discussing the mistakes people make when beginning to make these calls and how to correct them and how to handle anything the seller will ask you.

Mistakes and 40 Years of Wisdom: After 40 years in the business and surviving for 75 years, I’ve learned some things too valuable to keep a secret and I’ll be sharing them during this session. I see people making the same mistakes no matter where I go or where they live and most of them can be easily avoided and unfortunately cost you a valuable lifelong career. I don’t want that to happen to you, and I would like for you to hear what took me so long to learn so you can avoid the 20-year process of learning it yourself.

Work Less, Make More: You have a choice of either trying to do everything and be all things to all people or take control of your life and learn the art of delegation, systemization and automation. In fact, if you don’t, I doubt you will ever get to the point you want in life because you’re so busy handling chaos you can’t get anything constructive done. In this class, I'll go over how easy it is for investors to get automated today because most of the work is done for you and there’s very little left for you to do. We have the systems all set up and the people to do them and what we don’t have, we outsource to other companies. I’ll discuss our virtual assistants, how they work and what they cost and the other tools we have in place so you can in fact work less and make more. And the cool part is that it's all done for you at a ridiculously cheap price. Some smart guy once told me … THE LESS I DO, THE MORE I MAKE.

Time Management Simplified: People are always asking me how I get so much done. The answer is I have a simple system that allows me to not remember anything. There are only a few things you need to change to put yourself in a position to where you always keep your promises and never forget appointments or details. Most people run around like a chicken with their head cut off just awaiting the next calamity so they can apply chaos management. They go through life allowing others to control their time and giving up the ability to live a life free of minutia. Your cell phone is the best time management tool ever invented, but who is going to teach you how to use it? I’m using the class to go over a few simple apps that come with your phone, but most aren’t using. My goal is to put you in a position to set it and forget it. I’m turning 75 during this event. Can you imagine what my life would be like if I had to remember everything?​

Handling Contractors: If you’re going to buy and sell houses you will be hiring contractors for either major rehabs or minor work. If you don’t learn how to handle them, they certainly know how to handle you. In this class, I’ll discuss the art of getting bids and contracts from contractors and how to manage the rehab process from beginning to end so you don’t take a very serious lesson in the school of hard knocks like every rehabber has done. You’ll be amazed at the difference on real bids I’ve gotten on various jobs. I’ll show you the actual bids.

Breaking into Commercial: I couldn’t do an event called multiple income streams without bringing in commercial. No one will be discussing any incomes brand that could be more lucrative to you than commercial property. I will show you how to buy commercial property and make big money without using your money or credit and go over a few of my deals in the process including one we just bought this month and another one we sold. All my deals come through students and none of them put any money into them or use their credit. I’ll show you how you can participate in my commercial partner program as well. We will discuss several types of commercial property and a few ways to buy them with nothing down, how to determine the value of the property without an appraisal, how to analyze the cash flow correctly and why I like vacant land so well.

Saving Big in Taxes: There’s no reason for you to pay taxes when selling real estate and this class will be devoted to three different ways you can legally avoid those taxes. Your CPA or attorney is not aware of these methods and honestly, I don’t know where else you would get this information. If you intend to sell real estate and cash out of it, this class will be invaluable to you and could save you thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in needless taxes. Don’t worry, no shaky methods, no offshore anything, nothing that’ll get you attacked by the IRS.
