What’s the Number 1 reason some new real estate investors never really get going?

The number 1 reason and the biggest roadblock for investor students is: Handling the call to the seller, even after the VA gets a “YES” on Terms. Admit it!
Your biggest fear and roadblock is picking up the phone and calling the seller.
That’s it, and the sad truth is, you suck! But, I can help you learn to Master the Phone and increase your closing ratio exponentially. I recently held my live 2-day training event on Mastering the Phone and students were amazed at how much they improved after being forced to practice actual deals using my scripts and role-playing with other students.
Confidence levels went through the roof. Some even got a little cocky.
Truth is the only difference between making a lot of money from your leads and making none at all is…how you handle the call.
In the pretty house business, the most critical component is mastering the closing call to the seller. When you do, the deals will be frequent and you can choose the low hanging fruit.
There’s another big benefit of taking the time and energy to do so. You become a better communicator which will help you with everything you do for the rest of your life.
When you master the phone, you’re learning to control all your conversations to get what you want more often. When you can carry on a conversation and know you’re in control, dread turns into excitement. Soon you’ll enjoy the process when you truly have no fear of anything the other party says or thinks.
If you choose not to master the phone, your results will be little or none and no checks will appear. But, tell me where else you can go where you can make a few calls and make $20,000? Flapping your lips is the highest paid profession in the world.
