It really is that simple and there’s no catch. Think about this. The “worst” that can happen is you get $100 for “wasting” 30-45 minutes of your time. The best that can happen is we work together one on one to increase sales and profit several times over.

Here’s how it’ll work: First, we get on the phone one on one and go over your business. I take a look at what you’ve got, what you’re doing to get deals bought and sold, what kind of deals you’re doing, and what you want to achieve going forward. Once we have those “raw materials”, I help you come up with a strategic plan of action to immediately increase your profits dramaticallyThere are a number of ways I might do this for you. If your business is not performing to the max or not at all, there can be several reasons and we’ll identify yours on the call.   • Not getting enough quality leads…easy to fix, I’ve done it all over North America

I’m very picky about who I’ll speak with and I’ve got a strict (but reasonable) set of criteria that needs to be met in order for us to proceed. Here it is: 1.  I have no patience with nor can I help whiners, complainers and other miserable people looking for a free education or a hand out.  We have plenty of training materials for these folks but they won’t be allowed to consume my time. 

2.  I’ll stand by my offer to pay a hundred bucks if you feel I’ve wasted your time but if that’s the only reason you want to get on the planning session don’t apply because I’m requiring an application first and I can spot insincerity a mile away.  You won’t be selected. 

3.  If we set a call time and you miss it there won’t be a second chance.  We’re planning your future here.  If you can’t keep your own appointment I’ll lose interest and move on to committed folks I can help.  I’d set aside an hour to be safe.

That’s it.  Those are my conditions.  As you can see I tell it like it is and have no intentions of changing so my last condition is you can take constructive advice and criticism without getting your feelings hurt or bursting into tears.  I make millionaires and wimps don’t make the grade.

She’s been my “right hand” for 10 years and she’ll be contacting you within 48 hours at the most. Our initial call will be between 30 and 60 minutes. This is where we really begin working to figure out exactly what you want …and how to make it happen. I’ll painstakingly review your goals, your business, and so forth before the call …and I’ll deliver a plan to bring in money immediately. If you see the value in becoming a member, great! We can talk about it. If the cost of working with me is the issue, we have much less expensive plans to work one on one with my trained and qualified mentors. So our planning session is still a valuable gift to you. And if you don’t want to become a member, – that’s OK too. I’ll return your deposit as soon as we hang up. No biggie. And if you tell me I’ve wasted your time, I’ll give you $100. So you literally can’t lose. 


This opportunity is extremely limited because of the intense one-on-one time needed in order to provide you with results. Therefore, it is physically impossible for me to work with more than a handful of people.
