Due Diligence Done For You - Anytime you buy a commercial project, there's due diligence that must be done before you make an offer, after the contract is accepted and before you close. We used to waste a lot of time and money trying to do it ourselves, until I formed a joint venture with a team to do it for us. I'll introduce you to the team who will cover with me all the steps required in the due diligence process.
